Annada's Spiced Kale & Black-Eyed Beans

This vibrant and nutritious dish is a quick way to enjoy fresh kale, perfectly complemented by the creamy texture of our wholesome beans and a simple blend of spices.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh kale, chopped
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 cup cooked Annada Black Eyed Beans
- 1 tsp Annada Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Annada Dry Ginger Powder
- 1/2 tsp Annada Chili Powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the Annada Turmeric powder, Annada Dry Ginger Powder, and Annada Chili Powder, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chopped kale and a pinch of salt. Cook until the kale has wilted.
- Stir in the cooked Annada Black Eyed Beans and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the beans are heated through.
- Serve hot on its own or as a delicious side dish.
